Best wishes for Christmas and the New Year

Autumn was a rather wet affair with limited opportunities for photography however I did manage to visit Inversnaid, Dams to Darnley Country Park and Inverness.

A 17 day road trip around South West America staying at Bryce Caynon National Park, Grand Canyon National Park, Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park, Page and Las Vegas.

Las Vegas was the starting and end location for my road trip around Utah and Arizona. During my time here I visited Floyd Lamb State Park, Valley of Fire State Park, Spring Mountains National Recreation Area, Corn Creek National Wildlife Range and Desert wetland reserve as well as explore the Las Vegas 'strip.

Lower Antelope Canyon was one of the places I really wanted to visit during my trip, a truely amazing place.

The third stop on my road trip around Arizona and Utah.

The next stop on my road trip was the Grand Canyon National Park calling at both the north and south rims.

I departed Las Vegas for a 3 day stay at Bryce Canyon National Park on the first stage of my road trip around Utah and Arizona.

In contrast in June, July and August were slow months for photography with trips to Ardrossan, Little Cumbrea and Dams to Darnley Country Park the only opportunties.

With trips to Whitelee windfarm, Argaty Red Kites, Falls of Falloch, Greenoock, Port Glasgow and a week in Yorkshire visiting friends and family June was a very busy month.

Sprintime was very busy with work and the weather on my days off was very wet limiting my photographic opportunities.

With snow of the ground well into March spring seemed along way off. During the month I visited Dams to Darnley Country Park, Whitelee windfarm, River Clyde through glasgow and icy hockey match before head to Hull for a few days.

Travelling from Hull on North Sea Ferries I spent the day in Brugge. Not the best of light but a great day.

With snow on the ground throughout January and February my photography was limited to a couple of visit to Dams to Darnley Country Park, around Houston and a trip to Aberfoyle.

Early winter saw me make a visits to Whitelee wind farm, Dams to Darnley Country Park and Loch Lomond National Park

During the month I spent a week back in Yorkshire, had a day trip to London and made several trip closer to home with visits to Loch Lomond, Paisley and the Dams to Darnley Country Park.

The weather during septemer was very wet, or at least it was on my days off! This really limited my photographic opportunities, however it did make trips to Port Glasgow, Loch Lomond and my local woods to photography some of the fungi

A busy month with trips to Glencoe, Portencross, Rouken Glen park, SECC, Dams to Darnley Country Park and a portrait session with my local camera club.

Superbikes in the square and the Glasgow River Festival were just two of the event I attend during the month. The long days also made it possible for me to make trips to Anchor Mill, Loch Lomond, Glasgow Necropolis and Dams to Darnley Country Park.
